How do you use the community RSS feeds?

I haven't had much luck finding anything on this, save for this topic- but I really wouldn't mind a "contributions" feed- ie, a way to watch threads that I either am interested in, or have dropped comments in without having to load up http://community.spiceworks.com/profile/contributions/; and hit f5 off and on.
